Refund Policy for SubDrum Industries LLC

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which SubDrum Industries LLC ("SubDrum," "we," "us," or "our") will issue refunds for products purchased on our website (the "Site").
Returns and Refunds:
We accept returns and issue refunds for most items within [30] days of purchase, provided they are returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used items
Custom-made items
Clearance items
Items damaged after purchase
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at 321-600-4474 or e-mail sales@subdrum.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Obtain a return authorization number (RAN).
Ship the item(s) back to us using the original packaging and a trackable shipping method.
Include the RAN and a copy of your receipt in the package.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges:
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the same return process as outlined above, and specify the desired exchange in your communication with our customer service team.
Warranty:
All SubDrum products come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies depending on the product, and details can be found on the product page or in the product manual. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund that does not comply with this policy.
